- »Once your assignment application is received, CFS
will review it and make a funding determination.
- »Please review, sign and return the Assignment of Settlement Agreement by fax
to (914) 684-2030 or U.S. Mail to the mailing address above.
- »CFS will deliver its check to the attorney for
disbursement.
- »When the attorney ultimately receives the settlement check from the
defendant,
the attorney will forward his or her attorney escrow check to CFS for the
Assigned Amount.
